My daughter Verity and I have recently completed her/our first massage course with Louise whom I highly recommend. I could not be happier with the experience. Don’t be put off if you have a smaller or younger baby – Verity was only 4 weeks when we started and 3kg due to being impatient to arrive (37 weeks) and has benefited as much as the 4 month old babies in our group.
Louise is an excellent teacher whose calming approach allowed us quickly pick up the techniques and allow our babies to relax and enjoy the massage. Louise ensures all the techniques are learnt and clearly understood and comprehended but also genuinely cares for the well-being of each little one and mum.
The classes are extremely relaxed and sociable if your little ones are not in the mood, sleeping or need feeding you can watch and learn or use one of the dolls to practice. The class sizes are small which creates a nice intimate atmosphere and really allows you to get to know the other mums which is also invaluable to my sanity to have Louise and the other mums to chat too.
Verity is so receptive, is visibly chilled and relaxed when having her daily massaged using the techniques learnt. The routines have helped my little one with her constipation and colic – a great natural way of helping her.
