Even if you are familiar with baby massage or informally massage your baby this is a worthwhile course!
Louise teaches through demonstration and it’s easy to pick up handy techniques and hints! It’s also a great atmosphere where you meet other babies and mothers. During each class there was some useful discussion on relevant and important topics such as sleeping etc which makes this course that little bit more worthwhile!
I would definitely recommend it if you’re considering baby massage or just want to get out of the house with your baby into a friendly and safe environment.
